Committees help run the business of the theatre and are staffed primarily by board members. The committees are:
- House: takes tickets, runs the concession booth, maintains theatre, etc.
- Production: handles publicity and PR, advertising, newsletter, etc.
- Technical: maintains sound, lighting, and computer equipment, recommends upgrades, etc.
- Education Outreach: searches for and contacts groups to participate, distributes study guides, etc.
- Finance: creates yearly budgets, performs long range financial planning, etc.
- Play Selection: reads suggested plays, recommends season schedule to Board of Directors
