A Bad Year For Tomatoes

 A play by John Patrick

Written by John Patrick, this play was first performed in 1974 at the John Patrick Dinner Theater, in North Royalton, Ohio.

Synopsis: A comedy about a TV star who decides to abandon Hollywood and retire to a small Eastern town to write her memoirs, if only the locals would leave her alone.

Sue Webb directed this show, ably assisted by Casey Darnell.

Directors comments on show: This show is written by John Patrick. The theatre has produced two previous plays by Mr. Patrick, The Curious Savage and Roman Conquest. He is a playwright which my grandmother, Billy Freeland (also a previous director at KT), said "You can't lose with John Patrick."
