The purpose of this organization shall be to operate as a volunteer, non-profit organization within the definition of section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, dedicated to the educational aspects and presentation of live theatre for the cultural enrichment of the Bay County area.

The purpose of this organization shall be to operate as a volunteer, non-profit organization within the definition of section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which shall not only present productions (produced within Kaleidoscope Theatre organization) but also provide for financing the operation of the building itself through the powers listed in Article III dedicated to the educational aspects and presentation of live theatre for the cultural enrichment of the Northwest Florida area.
